The value for money was excellent, with a big and beautiful room that had a kitchen area.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

During our recent stay at Hacienda Bambu in Bacalar, we were impressed by the quality of the infrastructure. The rooms were spacious, fully equipped, and clean. We especially enjoyed the nice sitting area at the pool. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to the water and the main square. The balcony at the back of the room provided a fine view of the water and sunset. The hotel also responded promptly to our inquiries and made sure we felt comfortable and well-informed about the town and activities. we had a pleasant experience at Hacienda Bambu and would recommend it to others.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing lots of useful information. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room itself was spacious, with a kitchenette and fridge. The hotel's location was perfect - safe and within walking distance to everything in town. The pool area was great, and I loved relaxing in the hammocks. The internet worked well, which was important for me as I needed to do some work. a fantastic hotel with great amenities.

We stayed at Hacienda Bambu for 4 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The friendly staff made us feel right at home and the spacious room was clean and comfortable. Recently stayed at Hacienda Bambu for a short getaway. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the town square and the lagoon. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air-conditioning in the room was excellent, keeping us cool even in the hot weather. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed relaxing by the nice pool area. The small breakfast included was a nice added touch, with yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea, and cookies available.

I stayed at Hacienda Bambu for a few nights and I had a great time. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the lagoon and also near all the lively clubs and high-end restaurants. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the good selection of cable TV channels, including some in English. The kitchen had a fridge, plates, and cups, although cutlery was not available throughout the hotel. The shower had good pressure, although the temperature wasn't always consistent. The pool was clean, albeit sporadically. The evening receptionist was friendly and somewhat helpful. I also loved the nearby La Catrina bar; the staff there were incredibly nice and assisted with everything.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hostel very close to the central park. the dormitory had its own living room, giving it a nice and cozy vibe. the place was impeccably clean, including the four bathrooms. I loved the balcony with its stunning view of the lake. the showers, beds, and pillows were all pretty good. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the lake and the central plaza. They offered a great tour package that included an hour of kayaking in the lagoon for only 50MXN more. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all! 😊.
